Features

• Average Length: 30-40cm, up to 60cm.
• Average Weight: 1-3kg, up to 2.5kg
• Delicate pink-white flesh which makes it one of the best fish for eating. This textured flesh and low oil content make this fish well suited to being battered or crumbed, pan fried or baked.
