Features

• Average Lenth: 15-30cm
• Average Weight: 100gm, up to 120gm.
• Flesh is white and thought to be more delicately flavoured thanrock lobster. Scampi can be used in a variety of dishes, and are very popular as hors d'oevres.

New Zealand scampi are pinky-white with red-orange bands around the slender thorax, and at the limb joints.  Available all year round.
