Features

• Average Length: 25-35cm
• Average Weight: 300-500gm
• The upper flesh is slightly darker than the underside flesh, but both have delicate texture and whiten on cooking.

 They have have rough scales, are coloured grey or brown with a marbled pattern above with white underneath.  Lemon Sole are caught all year round by trawling, with the main season from October to March.

Size Grades: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H

Available fresh, packed in a lined polybin with ice packs and sealed.

Also available frozen, packed in 10kg cartons.
