Features

• Average Length: 25-40cm
• Average Weight: 1.8kg
• Flesh is similar to Turbot, both are apricot coloured to white and whiten on cooking. Both have delicate texture and taste.

Brill is caught as by-catch from trawling in shallow waters around New Zealand and is available in small quantities all year round.
